Youth Mental Health First Aid

I am an accredited Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) instructor and have been delivering courses since 2019 as the in-house trainer at a large co-educational Secondary School. I am passionate about empowering and equipping adults with the skills to assist adolescents experiencing mental health problems or crises. YMHFA training teaches adults how to recognise the signs of mental health issues in young people, how to approach them with support and encourage them to seek professional help.
